Jasper ISD is Proud to Announce TIA Recipients

Posted Date: 03/06/26 (06:46 PM)

Jasper ISD is excited to announce that our district’s Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) data has been officially validated by Texas Tech University and accepted by the Texas Education Agency.

Through a rigorous process that includes instructional evaluation and measurable student academic growth during the 2024–2025 school year, teachers can earn one of three TIA designation levels that recognize outstanding impact in the classroom.

We are proud to celebrate that Jasper ISD now has:
 25 TIA Designated Teachers
4 Teachers with Increased TIA Designations
 8 New TIA Designated Teachers

This incredible accomplishment reflects the dedication, talent, and heart our teachers bring to their classrooms every single day. Their commitment to helping students grow and succeed is what makes Jasper ISD such a special place.

Join us in congratulating these outstanding educators for their hard work and continued pursuit of excellence!
