Live Streaming at Jasper ISD UIL Events is Prohibited Without Prior Consent

JISD UIL Event Live Broadcast Rules
In accordance with Section 868(c) of the UIL Constitution and Contest Rules, UIL member schools may permit live broadcasting for regular season games in the event that the entity has written consent from both the UIL as well as JISD Administration.  No playoff video broadcasting is allowed.  Any live broadcasting including but not limited to, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, X, or other social media outlets is strictly prohibited. A video broadcast is defined as any live or tape-delayed video footage of a contest in its entirety that can be broadcast over any medium or channel. For these purposes, a webcast is any video broadcast streamed over the internet. Credential approval and accommodation are at the discretion of Jasper ISD administration and the hosting venue. Any negotiations regarding broadcasts are at the discretion of the school district and must be in compliance with UIL rules.  Failure to comply with rules will result in removal from JISD facilities and being barred for up to two calendar years.
